FOOD

Much of our food is locally produced, organic food either from our own gardens or from nearby farms. Meals are served on our vine-covered terrace overlooking the sea.

Breakfast is Turkish style, including home-baked bread, cheese, olives, tomatoes, cucumber, eggs, as well as our own mulberry syrup, tahini and home-made jams.

Dinner is three courses made from fresh season produce including meat or fish and various vegetarian and vegan options. Lunch can also be purchased and may include omelettes, salads, pasta and sandwiches. Turkish and herbal tea, instant and Turkish coffee, fresh fruit juice, alcoholic and soft drinks can all be purchased throughout the day.
